Studying has definitely been going great. I just have to keep up with the consistency because if I take one day off that is it for me. People always compliment me on my discipline but its really not discipline. I am one of those people where you cant give me leeway. Its all or nothing. So I either go all in or I will be taking a study break for a week before I pick my book back up. It also helps that when I sit down and attempt to watch TV my fiance always reminds me that I should have my nose buried in a book. Like the kid that I am I pout and go study. But its for my own good because clearly I need adult supervision. I broke down my weekend study hours to 3 chunks of 4 hour study sessions with breaks. If I stick to it I can get in at least 12 hours of studying each day. That could make a difference in me getting that 75. Granted I will also play it by ear because if I am sitting there 10 hours later not retaining anything its time to call it quits.
One of my coworkers a while back changed my password for twitter and facebook so I could be more focused and stay off social media. She logs on for me every once in a while and I get to post a few things and check messages. She is not on social media at all so she was the perfect person to ask to change my password because I knew she would not give in and give me my password. Another site that I also tend to waste a lot of time on is Another71.com. I love the website but it can be a distraction at times. So while I am at work I decided to block it. I used an addon called Leechblock. I can reverse it but it just seems like a lot of work to look up the process and then execute it. So I figured with my laziness I will stay off that site. Below is what comes up when I try to visit Another71. I can log on when I get home after work but I honestly never have the time.
I hope everyone's studying is going well. All we need is a 75. Ha! Like its that easy. Doable but not easy.
